Lewisville Estates has an immediate opening for an Executive Director for a 160 unit Independent and Assisted Living community located in Lewisville, Texas.
Oversee the overall management and the day-to-day operations of an Independent and Assisted Living community while maintaining compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The Executive Director will implement approaches and services to maintain or enhance resident independence and resident satisfaction while. The ideal candidate will also participate in sales and marketing activities while developing and implementing an annual business plan that achieves the financial goals and maintains high occupancy through marketing strategies.

- Minimum 5 years experience in senior living operations or hospitality operations.
- Bachelor's Degree in healthcare, hospitality, business or related field preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret financial statements and manage a budget.
- Work history that supports ability to hire, direct and manage associates

Essential Functions
- Oversees and ensures the recruitment and retention of qualified staff throughout the community.
- Provides direct supervision of all community management and indirect supervision of all community staff
- Conducts weekly management meetings and monthly total staff meetings.
- Reviews monthly staffing schedules to assure staff resources are managed and scheduled efficiently to meet resident needs and according to budget.
- Follow all Tarantino Senior Living policies and procedures.
- Maintains and facilitates open lines of communication between corporate, regional and community staff.
- Monitors expenses on a regular basis and prepares monthly month end reports.
--Monitors timely completion of all documentation as requested by corporate and regional staff.
-- Participates in community functions, including marketing, family socials and open houses
