We are a well established residential service company seeking you.....?

- Answer inbound phone calls from past customers.
- Demonstrate proficiency at booking 18-19 of 20 returning customer calls structuring the conversation and the customers expectations to set the crew up for success and the customer for satisfaction. Be able to keenly recognize that 20th customer may no longer fit in our niche and deftly refer that call.
- Responsible for quantity, quality and efficiency of bookings.
- Establish and monitor all internal and external communication for accuracy, effectiveness and timeliness.
- Ensure that the customers expectations are fielded, massaged (if needed), clearly communicated in written and sometimes verbal means to crews. Ensure that crews acknowledge completion of stated expectations of the customer.
- Quality control: oversees and participates in QC follow up calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for office operating effectively and efficiently including creating and implementing new organizational systems.
- Have basic working computer knowledge.
- Maintain positive working relationships with service crew leaders and effectively use given authority to promote customer and crew satisfaction.
- Directly manage 1 - 2 other office workers.- As responsibility increase be able to responsibly pass on responsibility to other office personnel. :)

Growth potential responsibilities and skill sets:

- Direct crews in regards to their schedule and ways of dealing with customer and or customer problems.
- Discipline the crews (This one is delicate because I have always done this). Reward and correct (write-ups and all).
- This person would need to be an adept manager and command the respect of the crews always exhibiting an even temper and respect for all company employees.
- Other attributes may include: a collected demeanor, methodical / proactive/ creative approach to problem solving and attention to detail.
- Must be willing to learn the mechanics of the our service process and speak intelligently about them.
- Must Exhibit good judgement!!

2). Be a problem solver. Have a proposed solution to existing problem. Solution should not be theoretical but practical to our current situation.
