We are a fast growing Online wholesale company which requires Trainee Customer Service Representatives to join our team. We have been in operation since last 7 years and growing yearly. We are looking for candidates who are interested in a long term stable position and not the job hopping type. We are located in Fulton Industrial 1 mile off I-20.

Training of around 2-3 weeks in the start will be provided on how our packaging works at the back in the warehouse and then the trainee CSR would be moved to the front office where further on the job training will be provided to which involves taking phone orders, generating invoices on Quick Books and learn to use other company documents in order to process outgoing shipments.

Candidates will be responsible for handling heavy phone lines and in a friendly, professional manner. This is a fast pace environment!

The Ideal Candidates are:

Experienced in Customer Service and/or Telecommunications.
Basic knowledge of Quick Books.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook (emailing).
Advanced knowledge of Word and Excel.
Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in addition to attention to detail, dependable and extremely organized.
Are very good and comfortable at Multi-tasking
Have their own transport

Work hours are: 9-6 pm (Can be required to work up till 7 pm one day in a week).

$9 to $11 per hour depending upon skill level and past experience.
