Security System Service Technician

Vision Security is a residential home security system provider with customers across the country. We are looking to hire service technicians and/or contractors. Prior security system experience is not required but welcomed.

Equipment Technicians will be using.
2gig GoControl, GE, and Honeywell.

Specifications:
- Represent Vision Security in a polite and professional manner
- Trouble shoot and resolve customer concerns
- Install, service, and remove security systems
- Report and close completed service tickets
- Must be willing to travel up to 100 miles (Some mileage compensation)
- Maintain a consistent count of inventory and equipment (weekly)
- Contact customers for scheduling updates/changes
- Handle necessary paperwork for personal and company records
- Must have reliable source of transportation
- Must have up to date car registration and insurance
- Must have clean driving record

Preferred Experience
- At least 3-6 months prior experience working with one or more residential and commercial security systems including 2gig GoControl, GE, and Honeywell.
