Our client located in the Sewickley area is looking for an administrative assistant. This position will be responsible for welcoming customers by greeting them and referring to the appropriate person, answer phones, forwards information to the proper staff when receiving faxes, recording and delivering messages, pickup, receive, prepare and deliver mail and packages. Will also be responsible for completing special projects by organizing information and requirements and meeting schedules. Candidate must have MS Word knowledge and previous experience in preparing and writing letters to potential and current customers. Any experience within a retail environment is a plus.
